1. Completed applications should be sent to Julie Phend at 2805 Pebble Way, TC, 49684. They must be received at that address no later than March 14. The lottery and class placements will be conducted on March 15. All other applications received after March 15 will lose any priority status.
2. Please mark membership status (current, previous, new) on the outside of the envelope.
3. Please do not mail apps to the school!
